About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Administration Assistant to assist our Site Investigations Team at Bradgate Surveying Ltd on a 6-month fixed term contract. You’ll play a key role in supporting our engineers by:
- Preparing and completing detailed Site Investigation reports
- Producing detailed site drawings, recording foundation and borehole logs
- Using the ViewLine system to complete drainage reports, identifying defects or issues in drain networks
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and field teams to ensure accurate information flow
- Carrying out other general administrative duties as required to support operations

We take pride in delivering high-quality, detailed reports and excellent client service.
Based in Leicestershire, we’re looking for someone reliable, motivated, and eager to develop their skills within a friendly, supportive team.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay (£10.85 – £13.00 per hour, depending on experience)

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an administrative or technical support role (preferably construction, surveying, or engineering)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
