Job Title: Administration Clerk
Reporting to: Surety Administration Manager
Position Type: 18 month FTC (fixed term contract)

Job Purpose:
This is an excellent opportunity to work within our Surety Division. This is a very successful, busy and enthusiastic team who pride themselves on the high level of service they provide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and administer existing Surety Bonds for All TMHCC Branches.
- Input and retrieval of data on a bespoke database (underwriting system).
- Filing documentation into ImageRight (paperless filing system).
- Produce letters, reports, and invoices.
- Assist with departmental incoming and outgoing post.
- Monitor the general department e-mail box and distribution of incoming e-mails as appropriate.
- Deal with customers and insurance brokers enquiries by telephone.
- Obtain documentation to allow reduction, expiry of Bonds.
- Change additional premiums for overrun of contracts.
- General office administration and other reasonable duties.

Skills and Experience Specification:
- Good command of English and numeracy.
- Good keyboard skills, with high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident and courteous telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative.
