Job Title: Administration Coordinator
Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Salary: £26,500 - £29,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Coordinator to join a vibrant and supportive team based in Harrogate. You will provide essential administrative support to enabling workers and management teams, helping ensure the smooth delivery of services.
Responsibilities Of Administration Coordinator
- Support onboarding activities for new team members
- Assist with finance, communications and event administration
- Provide support across ICT, learning and development, and quality compliance functions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Deliver efficient administrative support across the organisation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure day to day operations run smoothly

Skills & Experience
- Previous administration or coordination experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems
- Positive, proactive and team-focused approach
- Commitment to delivering excellent service
In return, you will join a friendly team environment, receive a competitive salary of £26,500 - £29,000 per annum depending on experience and benefit from opportunities to develop your skills across a variety of business functions.
