About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our park's administrative functions. This pivotal role involves managing financial processes, ensuring health and safety compliance, supporting recruitment efforts, and maintaining data protection standards. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for administrative support, driving process improvements through data analysis, and fostering a safe, efficient, and guest-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader with strong organizational skills to contribute to the ongoing success of Parkdean Resorts and to develop their career within a vibrant, supportive team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing financial and administrative processes, including payroll, credit control, and purchase ledger
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Sage and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate within a team environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and data protection legislation (GDPR)
- Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes is desirable
- Relevant professional qualifications in finance, administration, or management are a plus

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage financial processes including banking, purchase ledger, reconciliations, payroll support, and debt control to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and update health & safety systems, ensuring all compliance documentation is current and adheres to legal standards
- Manage data protection processes in line with GDPR legislation, safeguarding guest and staff information
- Support Holiday Homeowner accounts by ensuring billing accuracy and maintaining up-to-date documentation
- Drive seasonal recruitment initiatives, including advertising roles, screening candidates, and onboarding new staff members
- Act as the central administrative expert, providing support and guidance across various departments within the park
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced controls
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency
- Support management in implementing policies and procedures to uphold company standards and compliance
