This role is to support our integrated healthcare team in the delivery and monitoring of care. The successful candidate will be required to coordinate their work within the prison environment as well as liaising with outside agencies and will be part of a multidisciplinary team.
You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to prioritise work. If you are looking for a role that is as professionally challenging as it is rewarding then we would love to hear from you.
