Overview

The Montrose ADHD & Autism Clinic Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This position involves overseeing daily administrative functions, managing clinical team schedules and appointments while providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, clinical administration experience, and a passion for care.

Hours

37.5 hours full time – in a Sheffield office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • DBS Enhanced (preferable, can obtain post interview)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in tracking the financial aspects of the clinic, including budgeting, invoicing, and expenses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with clients to organise appointments, address concerns, provide information, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clinic professionals to ensure optimal client care.

Requirements

  • Healthcare experience is highly desirable, providing insight into the clinical environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using practice management software and standard office applications.
