Join Mills & Reeve as an Administrative Assistant

An exciting opportunity to join our Mills & Reeve Executive Support Services team. We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact.

The activities

You will be involved in supporting the movement of data, documents and information which will include:

  • supporting lawyers and Executive Assistants with a variety of administrative tasks;
  • manage incoming and outgoing communications, including post, emails, documents;
  • assist with file management, data entry, and financial housekeeping;
  • help with travel bookings, expense claims, and document preparation; and
  • take on new responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as needed.

The role requires someone who:

  • is confident in building relationships with colleagues;
  • is organised, methodical, and has good attention to detail;
  • a team player who's also self-motivated;
  • an effective communicator, proactive, and able to use initiative;
  • is able to prioritise in order to meet deadlines; and
  • a willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges.
