Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to our branch. This includes handling mail, performing data input operations, and assisting with various clerical and IT support tasks.
What the role involves...
Working in a fast-paced legal environment, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including:
- Preparing court and medical expert bundles
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Arranging couriers
- Booking business travel, meeting rooms, and office desks
- Processing cheque requests
- Handling confidential medical records and original documents
- Coordinating new case allocations
- Maintaining office supplies and marketing materials
