About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, organised, and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in administration, with full training provided.
The role is varied and hands-on, supporting the day-to-day administration of the business. You will assist with compliance administration, basic accounts tasks, maintaining organised digital filing systems, and ensuring company records are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of company compliance records and documentation.
- Maintain and organise digital filing systems, including Google Drive.
- Scan, file, and archive documents electronically.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee records.
- Help maintain the company’s clocking-in and attendance system.
- Carry out data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with basic accounts administration, including:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Matching paperwork
- Filing
- General accounts support
- Answer telephone calls and emails professionally and direct enquiries as required.
- Assist with general office administration.
- Support managers with ad hoc administrative tasks.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence using computers and learning new software.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively.

- Previous office experience is beneficial but not essential (as full training will be provided).
