Administrative Assistant
About The Role
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and reliable Admin Assistant to join our team. The role of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist is central to the school's communication and administrative support team.
This role is vital in the administrative team supporting the Executive Headteacher, Head of School, staff and pupils. You will work as part of a team providing excellent customer service to all visitors and enquiries to our school. You will need to be motivated and enjoy working within a busy environment. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a high level of competency in IT and excellent organisational skills. Experience of working in a similar environment is desirable but training will be provided.

Holy Family Catholic Primary School is part of The Learning Federation Partnership of Schools. Rated Outstanding by Ofsted in 2025 and located on the east side of Southampton, we benefit from a spacious site that offers excellent facilities and enriching experiences for our children. These include a large sports field, well-equipped playgrounds, and a dedicated ECO area for weekly outdoor learning, alongside regular music and sports provision and a wide range of external trips and experiences.
