Role Description

This is a remote, contract Administrative Assistant role supporting the daily operations of ADHD Health Clinic. The Administrative Assistant will manage client inquiries via phone and email, schedule and update appointments, and maintain accurate electronic records. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Assisting clinicians with organizing assessment and treatment documentation
  • Monitoring online forms and referrals
  • Coordinating follow-up communications
  • Ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all clients

The successful candidate will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to keep workflows efficient and client-centered.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing schedules, records, and documentation
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
  • Executive Administrative Assistance experience for supporting clinicians and coordinating complex tasks
  • Proficiency with office software, electronic health record or practice management systems, and online communication tools
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and reliability in a remote work setting
  • Experience in healthcare or mental health services, and familiarity with ADHD or neurodiversity, is beneficial
  • Relevant education or training in administration, healthcare administration, or a related field is an advantage

£18-25 per hour depending on experience

Hours

30-40 hours per week

Contract type

Starting as a contractor but if performs well there is opportunity for a salaried position if that is of interest.
