Role Description
The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Chiswick, providing day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities include:
- Managing schedules and calendars
- Organizing meetings
- Maintaining records and filing systems
- Assisting with document preparation and basic data entry
- Handling phone calls and email inquiries professionally, directing communications to the appropriate team members
- Supporting executives with travel arrangements and coordination tasks
The role involves collaborating closely with accounting and tax teams, assisting in preparing client correspondence and reports, and helping maintain a welcoming and efficient office environment.

- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for organizing documents, managing schedules, and supporting daily office operations.
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for handling calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and support for senior team members.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools) and basic data entry and record-keeping abilities.
- Relevant experience in a professional services or accounting environment is beneficial, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education or administrative certifications are an advantage.
