Location: London (3 days per week in the office)

The Role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our consultants and leadership team with a variety of administrative, organisational, and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to consultants and management teams.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist with candidate and client onboarding processes.
  • Organise team events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Support office operations and ensure administrative processes run efficiently.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and business support activities as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or assistant role preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
