Job Opportunity: Admin Assistant
Love Luxury is looking for a highly organised Admin Assistant to support day-to-day operations across sales, logistics, website management, and after-sales. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless luxury experience for our clients and supporting the wider team.

What you'll be doing:
- Process client orders and contact clients immediately for any missing invoicing or shipping details
- Maintain proactive follow-ups on live leads in coordination with Sales Executives
- Respond to customer enquiries relating to orders, shipments, and documentation
- Monitor all DHL shipments daily, confirm collections and deliveries, and manage after-sales check-ins
- Liaise with DHL to resolve delays, delivery issues, or missing parcels
- Review courier performance and support negotiations on pricing and service
- Review website product listings daily for accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and imagery
- Log and prepare new watches for listing, requesting verification prior to upload
- Conduct competitor price checks and notify relevant team members of sales
- Support authentication administration, including documentation, certificates, and record-keeping
- Prepare purchase agreements, invoices, and ensure all documents are correctly saved and filed
- Support in-store sales during busy periods
- Assist with end-of-day closing duties, paperwork reconciliation, and lead logging
