Sheridan School are recruiting for an administrative assistant to join our school.
We are looking for an enthusiastic multitasker, who is highly skilled and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word. The successful candidate will be a solution-focused member of the team and be able to prioritise competing deadlines in a professional manner.
Role Hours
The hours for this role will be 6 hours Monday to Friday 9am to 3:30pm with a 30 minute break.

About Sheridan School
Sheridan School offers an integrated programme of education and therapy for young people with social, emotional and mental health difficulties, compounded by complex disorders including Autism. Age range for students is from year 4 to year 11 and the school is comprised of Primary, Secondary and ASD provisions.

Role
The successful candidate will be able to adapt to company systems and have a good level of English and Maths to fulfil the role. If you can multitask and enjoy being part of a busy environment and have the following characteristics:
- Communication: Communicating with our young people is vital to understand their needs. Positive working relationships, teamwork and communication play a key part in ensuring important information is relayed to other staff.
- Organisation: You will need to be confident and organised in general office duties, minute taking and handling student records.
- Attentive: No two tasks are the same, so being attentive to greet all visitors, answering telephone calls, booking in appointments, as well as scheduling reviews with other professions.
