Role Description
The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations in an on-site setting located in Strabane. This full-time role involves:

The Administrative Assistant will support executives and team members with clerical tasks, maintain office supplies, and help coordinate internal communication. The role also includes:
- Interacting with vendors and partners
- Updating basic records or systems
- Assisting with other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills for managing schedules, documents, and support tasks.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities for interacting with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, record keeping, and document organization.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and basic data management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work on-site in Strabane, collaborate with team members, and maintain a proactive, service-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Relevant vocational training or an equivalent combination of education and experience is beneficial.
