Secretary/Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Secretary/Administrator to support a senior entrepreneur across a range of projects, working alongside the Personal Assistant (PA).
This is a varied and fast-paced role, requiring a confident, reliable and professional individual who can multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure. Duties will range from general administrative tasks to liaising with high-level contacts, so flexibility, discretion and excellent organisational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support
- Managing correspondence, emails and documents
- Liaising professionally with clients, suppliers and high-level contacts
- Assisting with diary management, meetings and general office administration
- Preparing and formatting documents, reports and presentations
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Supporting the senior entrepreneur and PA with a variety of business and administrative tasks
- Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional, dependable and able to work independently
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach with the ability to use initiative and solve problems
