Administrative Assistant - Corporate/Commercial

Key Responsibilities
Document Production
- Copy, scan, print, and finish documents in line with Firm’s style and standards
- Produce accurate typed documents from various sources, including:
- Routine reports
- Electronic or printed documents (with proofreading)
- Assembly and review of files
Record Keeping
- Maintain files efficiently, accurately, and regularly
- Use Firm’s File Management software for clients’ email directories
- Enter electronic data with precision and speed
File Management
- Follow file opening, storage, and archiving procedures
- Handle temporary filing as required
Financial Support
- Assist fee earners in completing:
- Basic client documentation
- Electronic payment requests
- Receipts, transfers, and expenses management
- Support client billing processes under Executive Assistant supervision

Internal Administration
- Support fee earners in operational procedures and policies
- Assist in:
- Booking fee earners for conferences and courses
- Managing stationery supplies
- Manage deeds scheduling, property searches, and datarooms (setup & updates)
- Handle Land Registry applications
Technical Skills & Expertise
We are seeking:
- A careful and detail-oriented individual who excels in accuracy and consistency
- An energetic and proactive team player with strong communication skills
- A motivated continuous learner eager to develop new competencies
- Strong literacy and numeracy; IT literate, with MS Excel proficiency required
