Role Description
The Administrative Assistant - Freelance role is a full-time remote position focused on providing comprehensive administrative support to Coreitech’s leadership and project teams. Daily responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars
- Scheduling meetings
- Organizing digital files
- Maintaining accurate records

The role involves handling email and phone communications, preparing basic reports and correspondence, and supporting clerical tasks such as data entry and document formatting. The Administrative Assistant will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure timely follow-ups on action items, and contribute to smooth operational workflows.

As a remote freelance professional, the individual is expected to:
- Work independently
- Manage time effectively
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills: including scheduling, document management, and data entry.
- Executive Administrative Assistance skills: with the ability to support senior leaders, prioritize tasks, and manage confidential information.
- Solid Communication and Phone Etiquette skills: for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal team members in a professional manner.
- Proficiency with office software and collaboration tools: (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, video conferencing platforms).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities: attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role: is preferred; familiarity with technology or consulting environments is an advantage.
- A relevant qualification or certification in administration, business, or office management: is beneficial.
