Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for our Global Markets Administrative Team in London. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Executive, Team, or Personal Assistant in a multinational environment, preferably within investment banking or finance.

About the Role
We are seeking a hardworking, proactive individual with:

You will act as a trusted partner, supporting a global team through excellence, integrity, collaboration, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to FICC Sales & Trading teams
- Manage complex diaries and coordinate internal/external meetings
- Arrange and organise client meetings and conference calls
- Oversee travel arrangements, including visas and itineraries
- Process expenses via Concur and manage compliance filings
- Submit call reports and maintain I-Track records
- Coordinate team events, including analyst roadshows
- Maintain and update client databases, tracking interactions and research access
- Support project coordination and business continuity initiatives
Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience as an Administrative, Executive, Team, or Personal Assistant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work confidently with stakeholders (including senior executives and clients)
- Proven organisation and prioritisation abilities
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach
- Discretion and reliability in handling sensitive/confidential information
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desirable
- Experience in investment banking or global financial services
- Multitasking ability in fast-paced environments
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration
