Administrative Assistant
Location: Swansea – Gorseinon
Contract: Part-time, Permanent
Hours: 22.5 hours, Mon/Wed/Fri (9am – 5pm)
Start Date: ASAP
Do you have the professionalism, organisation, and confidence to create a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience? At Redkite Solicitors, we’re seeking a polished and reliable Front of House Administrative Assistant to support the smooth running of our busy Gorseinon office on a part-time basis.
As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, you’ll manage reception while providing essential administrative support to the wider team. From assisting fee earners with documents and scheduling to coordinating meetings and maintaining an organised office environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operations run seamlessly.

Candidates should be aware that their first day of employment may be based at an alternative Redkite office, for group onboarding. A willingness to travel and spend the day away from your usual place of work is therefore required.

- Welcome clients, visitors, and callers as the face of the firm, creating a calm, professional, and genuinely friendly first impression.
- Support fee earners and colleagues with day-to-day administration, helping everything run smoothly and on time.
- Open and manage client files with care, preparing documents and maintaining accurate, compliant records.
- Coordinate calls, emails, post, and deliveries, keeping communication flowing efficiently across the office.
- Keep reception and shared spaces organised and inviting, ensuring they’re always ready to host clients and colleagues.
- Provide a thoughtful, concierge-style service by managing meeting rooms, greeting guests, and supporting key visits and events.
- Work closely with colleagues across offices and assist with file organisation, contributing to a connected and supportive team environment.

- Comfortable with technology – you’re confident using Microsoft Office, phone systems, and digital tools to stay organised and efficient.
- Flexible – you’re willing to travel occasionally to support other offices, with a full driving licence.
