Administrative Assistant Chertsey, Surrey Office-based | Full Time | Fixed Term contract for 12 months Start date ASAP
Are you highly organised, proactive, and enjoy keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes?
At Hanwha Vision Europe, we're looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our friendly Business Administration team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in being organised, and loves supporting colleagues across the business.
No two days are the same. From coordinating calendars and maintaining accurate records to welcoming visitors and supporting reception, you'll play an important role in helping our teams operate efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Administration Assistant, you'll provide essential support across the business by:
- Managing and maintaining digital filing systems and documentation
- Keeping team calendars up to date, including meetings, new starters, and key renewal dates
- Logging invoices and maintaining accurate cost tracking spreadsheets
- Raising approvals and assisting with day-to-day administrative processes
- Proofreading and formatting documents to a high standard
- Updating spreadsheets and tracking responses accurately
- Providing general administrative support to colleagues across the business
- Supporting reception by welcoming visitors and creating a professional first impression
- Booking meeting rooms and arranging hospitality for internal and external meetings
- Providing reception cover when required to ensure a seamless front-of-house experience

What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who enjoys being organised, is naturally helpful, and takes pride in producing accurate work. Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed

This is a full-time, office-based position located at our European Headquarters:

Our normal working hours are 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, although occasional flexibility may be required to meet business needs. There may also be occasional travel within the UK or overseas.
