Lymphoedema Service Administrative Support Opportunity
A unique opportunity has arisen within the Lymphoedema Service for a Band 2 Administrative support position. We are looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic, organised, and motivated person who will be committed to the ongoing development and improvement of our first-class service.
About the Role
The successful candidate will support the team who work within the Trist, at outreach clinics, and within the community setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Predominantly based at Stamford Hospital, with occasional work at other North West Anglia Trust (NWAFT) sites.
- Knowledge of hospital administration systems (Sunquest Ice, EPRO, ETrack, SBS, Evolve) would be an advantage; training will be provided.
- Good level of general education required.
- The work will include:
- Clerical cover
- Audio typing
- Data entry
- Processing documents
- Ordering and receipting of compression garments/equipment
- Preparing event packs
- Answering the telephone
- Dealing with non-clinical enquiries

Working Hours
Contracted hours of work will be spread over three days throughout the working week.
