Role Description

This remote Administrative Assistant role supports daily operations by managing schedules, organizing digital records, and coordinating communications across the company. The Administrative Assistant will handle email and phone correspondence, prepare and format documents and presentations, and assist with data entry and basic reporting for internal teams. The role includes arranging virtual meetings, maintaining calendars, tracking deadlines, and providing executive administrative support such as travel coordination and meeting follow-up. The Administrative Assistant will also help streamline administrative processes, ensure accurate record-keeping, and collaborate with technical and consulting staff to support project and client-related activities. This position is designed for an individual who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism in a remote environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, document management, and data entry.
  • Executive Administrative Assistance experience, such as calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting support.
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and video conferencing platforms).
  • Ability to work remotely with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Prior experience in a technical, engineering, or consulting environment is beneficial but not required.
  • High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
