Role Description
The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Edinburgh Area. The role involves providing day-to-day administrative support, including:

The Administrative Assistant will:
- Maintain accurate records
- Update databases
- Prepare documents
- Support the coordination of training activities and learner information
This role also includes managing reception duties, supporting senior staff with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations for learners, trainers, and visitors.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including data entry, document management, and record keeping
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with learners, trainers, and external partners
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance or supporting senior team members with scheduling and correspondence
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendars) and basic IT skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Positive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a training or educational environment
- Previous experience in an administrative role; experience in construction or training sectors is an advantage
