Position: Office and Administrative Domains specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20 - $40/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
Review and analyze business documents, standard operating procedures, reports, and workflows to extract key information. Create clear, structured questions and insights based on the analyzed material. Perform basic analytical and reasoning tasks to identify inconsistencies or gaps in operational content. Deliver high-quality written work in English while maintaining attention to detail. Utilize spreadsheets, document tools, and digital office platforms effectively to manage tasks.

Requirements
Have professional experience in at least one of the specified business domains such as operations, finance, or customer support. Possess strong reading comprehension and analytical skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Have experience with office tools, spreadsheets, and documentation. Be able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
