Administrative, Sales & Client Support Officer

📍 Kenilworth, Warwickshire ⏰ Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time Considered (Minimum 3 Days Per Week)

We are a successful, independent estate agency based in Kenilworth, seeking an enthusiastic Administrative, Sales & Client Support Officer to join our friendly and energetic team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about administration, customer service, marketing support, and client-facing work in a fast-paced environment. Whether you already have experience in the estate agency sector or plan to transition from administration, customer service, sales, or marketing, we would love to hear from you.


The Role

This role is a versatile, hands-on position that supports both administrative and sales operations, ensuring smooth office functionality while delivering exceptional client service.


Key Responsibilities

Administration & Office Support

  • Managing and updating our property database and shared systems
  • Booking valuation appointments and property viewings
  • Adding and updating applicant and vendor records
  • Preparing properties for marketing, including:
    • Writing property descriptions and details
    • Uploading photographs and floorplans
    • Creating bespoke property brochures
    • Processing EPC documentation
  • Maintaining customer records and compliance documentation
  • Completing required administrative forms and checks
  • Monitoring office stationery supplies and placing reorder requests

Sales & Client Support

  • Preparing client communications and mail merges
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns and activities
  • Updating website content and social media channels
  • Accompanying prospective buyers on property viewings
  • Gathering and relaying viewing feedback to vendors
  • Handling enquiries from vendors, applicants, buyers, and the general public
  • Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the property journey

About You

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a client-centred, fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will:

✔ Be proactive, adaptable, and confident in managing multiple tasks and deadlines ✔ Have strong written and verbal communication skills ✔ Be friendly, professional, and focused on client needs ✔ Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel ✔ Be tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software systems quickly ✔ Formulate an approachable, positive attitude in a busy and growing business

Experience in estate agency is valuable but not mandatory. Experience in administration, customer service, sales support, office management, or marketing will be highly beneficial.
