What you will do Manage full lifecycle of assets and inventory, including procurement, audits, and disposal to ensure efficient utilization. Handle expense reconciliation, compliance checks, monthly withholdings, and offboarding documentation. Oversee business licensing, permits, renewals, and annual filings, coordinating with authorities for compliance. Coordinate project administration, temporary warehouse resources, and promotional welfare reimbursements. Streamline administrative workflows, manage site logistics and employee activities to improve efficiency and satisfaction. About you Previous office management and project management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
