Administrative Specialist - Podiatry: Health Service Admin

Administrative Specialist – School of Podiatric Medicine

About the Role

Join the Temple University's School of Podiatry as an Administrative Specialist, providing administrative, clerical, and facilities support to the Health Services Division, including the Foot and Ankle Institute (FAI), Temple Total Therapy (T3), and satellite practices.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Assistant Dean and Medical Director, you will provide:

  • Administrative, clerical, and facilities support to the FAI and T3
  • Preparation, editing, and maintenance of clinical training orientation materials
  • Assistance in scheduling clinical faculty and student allocations at FAI
  • Assistant Dean and Medical Director’s schedule management
  • Initiation of purchase requisitions and inventory management of supplies/equipment
  • Coordination of departmental meetings and training sessions

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma (minimum requirement) or equivalent;
    • Associate’s degree or higher strongly preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in an academic or healthcare setting;

Equivalent combinations of education/experience will be considered.
