We're delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading professional services organisation for an Administrator to join their growing operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll become part of a supportive team delivering high-quality operational support to a range of clients, with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career.

The Role

No two days are the same in this varied position. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a busy shared inbox and ensuring enquiries are actioned efficiently.
  • Reviewing information and documentation to ensure it meets internal processes and quality standards.
  • Coordinating and allocating incoming work across internal systems.
  • Processing electronic documentation and monitoring workflow progress.
  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records across internal case management systems.
  • Building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure an excellent service is delivered.
  • Identifying issues, escalating where appropriate, and contributing ideas to improve processes.
  • Managing multiple priorities whilst ensuring deadlines and service levels are consistently achieved.

About You

To be successful in this role you'll ideally have:

  • Previous administration experience within a professional services, legal, financial services, or corporate office environment.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach and confidence taking ownership of your workload.
  • Experience using case management, CRM, or other database systems would be advantageous, although training will be provided.
  • An understanding of GDPR and handling confidential information appropriately.
