Location: Exeter
Salary: £27,900
Hybrid Working Available: After Training
Trinity Fire and Security are seeking an organised, detail-focused Administrator to join our growing team in Exeter, supporting our sales and operational teams to ensure engineers arrive on site with the correct materials, equipment, and information they need to complete essential fire and security works.
This is a role where accuracy matters. You'll be responsible for transferring and validating information across multiple systems, preparing materials and spares orders, and ensuring everything is in place before work begins.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing materials and spares orders for engineers attending customer sites
- Transferring information between multiple internal systems
- Checking data for accuracy and completeness
- Liaising with sales teams, planners, and operational colleagues to validate information when required
- Communicating via telephone, email, and Microsoft Teams
- Supporting the wider team to ensure customer projects run smoothly
- Managing your own workload and area of responsibility once trained
- Completing detailed administrative tasks accurately and efficiently

About You
- Previous administration experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident keyboard and computer skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confident speaking with colleagues by phone when information needs clarifying
- Ability to work independently once trained
- Someone who is reliable, organised, and enjoys structured, process-driven work
Training & Development
This is a specialist role and full training will be provided.
The training programme can take up to six months to fully complete, however you'll begin taking ownership of simpler tasks and responsibilities within your first 4–6 weeks.
You'll be joining a close-knit team of four people who will support you throughout your development, giving you the opportunity to build valuable industry knowledge and develop a long-term career within a growing business.
