About Us
Woodlands Home and Garden Group is a growing UK manufacturing and distribution business, best known for our Tiger Sheds branded garden buildings and home improvement products. We design, manufacture, and deliver high-quality timber buildings to customers across the UK, combining practical craftsmanship with scale and innovation. With multiple sites and in-house production, we are focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and investing in our people as we grow. At Woodlands, attitude, teamwork, and a hands-on approach matter, and we create opportunities for people to develop, progress, and make a real impact.
Role Overview
The Administrator role provides essential administrative and planning support to ensure smooth production, despatch, and supply chain activity within our operations. The role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, coordinating courier and despatch processes, and supporting production planning to ensure orders are delivered on time and to standard. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role that requires strong organisation, accuracy, and effective communication across planning, production, logistics, and customer-facing teams. Experience is important but we are happy to consider applications with transferrable skills, we're after the right person, not the perfect CV.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
