Administrator
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
We're working with a growing, people-focused professional services business that is looking to recruit an organised and proactive Administrator to join its friendly and collaborative team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous office administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional level of service. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a highly respected and growing business.
The Role
Working closely with a team of experienced professionals, you'll provide day-to-day administrative support, helping to ensure clients receive a seamless and professional service.

Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support across the business
- Preparing documentation, reports and client correspondence
- Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining diaries where required
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Liaising with clients and third parties to progress work efficiently
- Assisting with onboarding new clients and processing documentation
- Supporting the wider team with general office administration
- Ensuring work is completed accurately and to agreed timescales
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within an office-based administration role
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Proactive, reliable and keen to learn
- Competent using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
