Role Description
This part-time Administrator role is an on-site position based in Epping.
The Administrator will handle the day-to-day support role of a recruitment consultant, including:
- Managing correspondence
- Maintaining records and updating databases
- Scheduling meetings
- Preparing basic reports
- Marketing shortlisting and outreach
- AI task development

Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and databases) and the ability to learn new systems quickly for AI/claude platforms
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confidential approach when interacting with senior-level stakeholders
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reporting, and handling of candidate and client information
- Ability to work independently on-site in Epping, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a small-team environment

Advantages:
- Prior experience in professional services, recruitment, or executive search administration is an advantage but not required
- Relevant education or training in business administration, office management, or a similar field is beneficial
