Wall-lag is a family-owned business established in 1974, based in Mold, North Wales. Originally focused on insulation, the company expanded into manufacturing and installing double-glazed doors, windows, and conservatories before diversifying into renewable technology in 2008. Key offerings now include:

  • Air Source Heat Pumps
  • Solar Photovoltaic (PV) installations
  • EV charging stations

Wall-lag partners with Local Housing Associations, Local Authority Councils, and Utility Providers to support renewable energy strategies.


Experienced Administrator

Wall-lag (Wales) Ltd is seeking an Experienced Administrator to join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities

  • General administration:
    • Answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Diary & logistics:
    • Organising appointments, meetings, and team arrangements.
  • Documentation:
    • Assisting in report/presentation preparation, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Compliance & collaboration:
    • Handling compliance paperwork, coordinating inter-departmental tasks, and providing clerical support.

Requirements

  • Skills:
    • Exceptional clerical and organisational abilities.
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Efficient typing proficiency for quick, accurate data entry.
    • Competence with Excel and other computerised systems.
  • Qualities:
    • Bar of detail with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Experience:
    • Preference for proven experience in administrative roles.
    • Minimum job-specific experience: 1 year in administration (required).

A highly organised individual with a passion for detail and administrative workflows. Experience in customer services (preferred) is a bonus.
