Administrator – HMP Holme House, Stockton-on-Tees
Location: Stockton-on-Tees (TS18 2QU) Salary: £27,426 – £28,304 p.a. Hours: 39 hrs/week | Monday to Thursday: 07:30–16:00 | Friday: 07:30–15:00

The Role
We are seeking an Administrator to support the day-to-day running of facilities management services at HMP Holme House.
You’ll be part of an on-site team, ensuring operations remain organised, compliant, and smooth-running.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with contractors and site teams
- Updating and closing jobs on CAFM systems
- Maintaining spreadsheets, systems, and reports
- Supporting vetting and onboarding of new starters
- Providing general admin support to the Site Manager and Team Leaders

Requirements
- Strong admin experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Good IT skills (Excel, systems, data entry)
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Clear communicator, capable of engaging with varying stakeholders
- Team player with a flexible approach
