About the Role
The Greater Manchester Specialist Support Team works with autistic individuals and those with a learning disability who are at imminent risk of admission to hospital due to significant risk to self or others and individuals who may be at risk of placement breakdown or contact with the criminal justice system.
Job Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our team. You will lead the team administration workload, including supervisory responsibility for other administration team members. The role involves planning, prioritisation, and allocation of key tasks, supporting the service to ensure safe and effective delivery of care.
Responsibilities
The Specialist Support Team provides a service to autistic people and people who have a learning disability, their families and carers working in a collaborative approach. The post holder will support the multi-disciplinary team by undertaking administrative tasks associated with the service offer. This will include:

In addition, the post holder will support procurement processes, maintaining office stock and provisions.
Requirements
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate skills and knowledge in the use of IT systems, Microsoft Word / Excel / Teams.
