Administrator

Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum

Hours: Mon-Thu 07:30-17:30, Fri 07:30-15:00

About the Role

Are you organised, proactive, and confident handling orders and customer accounts? We have a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, thriving business in Wellingborough as an Administrator.

In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end order process, liaise with customers and couriers, resolve queries, and ensure same-day or next-day deliveries run smoothly. You'll also provide key administrative support across the business, keeping systems and trackers up to date.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous admin experience, ideally in order processing or transport/logistics
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience producing quotations is a plus
