Administrative Support - Sizewell Site

About the Role

Element is seeking a full-time Administrator to support the Sizewell site’s technical administration, ensuring operational efficiency.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday – 06:45 AM to 04:00 PM


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support within a small, fast-paced team
  • Manage document control
  • Produce department timesheets, monitor timekeeping, holidays, sickness, and associated reporting
  • Optimise efficiency using systems and software
  • Handle general administration tasks, including:
    • Answering phones
    • Filing
    • Scanning documents
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Input data onto the in-house asbestos database system
  • Take minutes at meetings
  • Update site Visio plans

Skills & Qualifications

  • Good general education (English and Maths)
  • Significant experience in administrative support within a busy office environment
  • Proficiency in:
    • Excel spreadsheets
    • Word
    • Visio
  • Highly motivated, dedicated, and enthusiastic self-starter
  • Able to:
    • Work effectively in a busy team
    • Operate independently
    • Manage pressure and deadlines
    • Exhibit excellent attention to detail
    • Prioritise and organise workloads
  • Strong ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Desirable: Experience with database systems
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Microsoft Teams (training provided if needed)
