About the Role
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day coordination and administration of office operations, ensuring an organised, efficient and professional working environment across the business. The role acts as a central point of contact for internal teams, clients, visitors and external stakeholders while providing administrative and operational support across multiple departments.
The position supports business operations through effective office management, coordination of resources, process improvement initiatives and internal communications. The role also provides project and administrative support to leadership teams and contributes to maintaining strong operational standards across the organisation.

In This Role You'll
- Oversee the day-to-day running of office operations to keep an organised, efficient and professional working environment.
- Manage office facilities, supplies, equipment and resources, coordinating maintenance and operational issues as they arise.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, office visits, parking and shared working spaces, and support activity across departments and locations.
- Manage incoming communications including emails, calls, enquiries and correspondence, and act as a central point of contact.
- Prepare letters, documents, reports and presentations, and maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems.
- Assist with onboarding arrangements for new employees, including office access requirements.
- Support compliance-related administrative activities, including AML coordination where required, handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for operational and strategic projects, and assist leadership with ad-hoc requirements.
- Identify and support improvements to internal processes, systems and workflows, and help with internal communications across teams.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an office administration, office coordination or business support role.
- Experience managing office systems, records, documentation and internal processes; Salesforce would be an advantage.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A confident, approachable communicator who builds positive relationships across all levels of the business.
- Able to work independently, use initiative and solve problems proactively.
- Professional and discreet when handling sensitive and confidential business information.
- Business Administration, Office Management or a related qualification is desirable, as is knowledge of compliance or AML administration. A driving licence is preferred.
