Administrator
Hybrid - 2 days a week from our Farringdon office.
Salary £25,500 + bonus
Handle Freelance Solutions is a Payroll Services and Compliance business. We work with a number of well-known brands within the media and sports industries and take huge pride in the high standard of service we provide to them.
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrator to join our friendly, hard-working team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will be fully accountable for your area of administration, ensuring all you do is done on time, to a high level of accuracy and within our tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate administrative support and data input to the team and management
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Process correspondence, reports, and other business documents with accuracy
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies
- Managing queries and ensuring responses are dealt with within our SLA deadlines.

Required skills & experience:
- Previous administrative experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
