We are looking to hire a highly driven Administrator to join Group Trade team at Central Car Auctions in Baillieston.

Hours
Full time: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
About The Role
You will be responsible for collating and allocating all trade vehicles to auctions throughout the UK. In addition, you will assist the team with all reports including debtors, invoicing and customer service.
Day-to-day Duties
- Using various Microsoft packages including Power App and SharePoint to collate & allocate transport for the group
- Review Debtors and ensure sold vehicles are invoiced in a timely manner
- Deal with a busy outlook inbox and answer telephone queries
- Accurately collate information and produce reports as and when required for management
- Data Entry
- Customer Service
- General administrative duties as and when required.

Essential Skills
- Previous office experience required (1-2 years)
- Customer Service experience
- High levels of organisation and accuracy
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced office environment.
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Microsoft excel & outlook experience.
