What You'll Be Doing
- Participate in a 3-week comprehensive induction with our dedicated Training team.
- Receive structured support from your new team members and leader upon completion of training.
- Respond to customer and third-party correspondence.
- Liaise with third parties and solicitors to address their queries.
- Respond to correspondence from the court.
- Prepare draft litigation documents for review.

Training and Working Hours
- Initial Training Period (First 3 weeks): Office-based, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Please note that holiday cannot be taken during this period.
- Post-Training: Hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) once competent.
- Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
- Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

- Salary: From £24,999
- Bonus: Performance-related quarterly bonus, potentially earning around £400 per quarter.
- Holiday: 31 days holiday (pro rata), including bank holidays, with the option to take an additional five days' unpaid holiday annually.
- Training: 3 weeks with a dedicated Learning & Development Trainer.
- Social: Summer and Christmas Parties, and other social events.
- Salary Review: Mandatory annual salary review.
