Administrator
Administrator (Four Ashes Facility) – £26,780 per annum
Location: 1 Station Road, Four Ashes, Wolverhampton, West Midlands WV10 7DG Hours: 40 per week (Mon–Fri) Additional Benefits: Veolia benefits package

About the Role
As an Administrator, you’ll support the operations team at our Four Ashes facility with meticulous administrative duties while contributing to a more sustainable world.

What You’ll Be Doing
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage general administration tasks to ensure smooth operation of transport logistics at Four Ashes
- Accurately input, maintain, and manage critical operational data across multiple systems—ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Handle Purchase Ledger responsibilities, including:
- Creating and processing purchase orders
- Updating financial spreadsheets
- Receipting orders
- Resolving supplier queries promptly
- Process and input weekly payroll data for transport staff, ensuring *accuracy, deadlines, and compliance
- Raise invoices for customers and support billing queries to maintain strong client relationships
- Gather, analyse, and report KPI data to back operational decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Enforce full policy, procedure, and health & safety compliance at all times

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment
- Preference for experience in transport, logistics, or operations sectors (missions sometimes flexible)
- Keen attention to detail and a track record of high accuracy in data entry, financial processing, and documentation
- Proficient IT skills, including experience with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with:
- Suppliers
- Customers
- Internal stakeholders
- Organised, proactive mindset, with the ability to:
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Prioritise multiple tasks under deadlines
