We are looking for an Administrator to join our Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) in Inner City & East (ICE) Bristol!

The INT is a multi-disciplinary team who assess and manage a caseload of patients with varied and complex needs. You will support clinicians in a wide range of administrative tasks. The post holder will offer administrative support across the locality and will need to be flexible with regards to working across bases.

Key Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with service users and colleagues alike and able to express yourself equally well verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new IT systems efficiently.
  • Adept at multi-tasking and excellent at managing your time and prioritising tasks to facilitate the smooth running of this key team function.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support to the Integrated Network Team and Administration Leads as required.
  • Use Community Electronic systems i.e. EMIS, ESR, Health Roster.
  • Manage telephone and e-mail queries.
  • Booking clinician appointments and clinics.
  • Place orders, manage deliveries and replenish stock cupboards.
  • Support with sickness logging and reporting.
  • Assist with booking/authorising bank shifts.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and electronic documents.
  • Prioritise workload, work without direct supervision.
  • Reserve meeting/clinical rooms.
  • Complete regular audits and stock checks.
  • Attend meetings and training as required.
  • Circulate information to staff as directed by the management team, ensuring distribution lists are kept up to date.
  • Report any Health and Safety issues to Admin Lead.
  • Record Compliments/Complaints and Adverse Events.

Working Conditions

  • Some weekend and bank holiday work is required.
  • Early shifts start at 8 AM and Late shifts finish at 8 PM.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer remote working. The role is office-based.
