Administrator
Assistant Role – Office & Client Administration (Full-Time, London)
About the Role
Brett Wilson are recruiting a full-time Administrative Assistant to support both client-facing and office operations. Based in their Farringdon, EC1 offices, the ideal candidate will work closely with the firm’s lawyers to ensure smooth running.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Greeting clients and preparing beverages
- Maintaining the reception area and office upkeep
- Delivering and collecting post
- Liaising with office suppliers and contractors
- Analysing firm data and reporting to partners
- Handling general telephone enquiries
- Assisting with credit control, diary management, and payments
- Opening and archiving client files in a structured manner
- Scanning and organising incoming/outgoing correspondence via e-filing
- Preparing and sending tailored client invoices
- Performing any additional reasonable tasks as requested by the Practice Manager or firm lawyers

Requirements
The role requires:
- Excellent numeracy, literacy, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong IT proficiency, including:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Adobe PDFs (sorting, printing, editing)
- A proactive and organised approach to workload management
- A personable and approachable demeanour to interact with clients and colleagues
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional law firm setting
