The Role

As an Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring processes run smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for customers and colleagues alike.

This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You'll be managing documentation, supporting internal teams, handling customer-related administration, and ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and managing a wide range of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supporting colleagues and internal departments to achieve business objectives and service standards.
  • Delivering excellent customer service through the administration of policies and customer requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Following internal procedures and regulatory processes at all times.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and FCA regulations.
  • Assisting with complex customer, policy, and administrative queries.
  • Working collaboratively within a proactive and supportive team environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and passionate about providing first-class support.

You'll have:

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confidence using a variety of IT systems and software.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex queries.
  • A professional, customer-focused approach and a positive attitude.
