Administrator

Have you ever thought about working for the NHS?

Behind every appointment, every clinic, and every patient seen, there is someone who made it happen. Our Administrators are the unseen heroes of patient care. They are:

  • The reassuring voice on the phone
  • The organised mind behind the clinic list
  • The calm presence supporting patients during often worrying moments

Without them:

  • Patients don’t get seen
  • Services don’t run smoothly
  • Care doesn’t flow efficiently

Job Opportunity: Administrator at Community Diagnostic Centre

We are recruiting an Administrator to join our team.

Key Requirements

While previous NHS experience isn’t necessary, we will train you on our systems and protocols. What we can’t teach are:

  • Compassion
  • Professionalism
  • A genuine dedication to getting things right for patients

We’re seeking to appoint 1 Administrator to work 30 hours per week (equivalent to 4 x 7.5-hour shifts).

What You’ll Bring

  • A caring and compassionate approach to supporting patients
  • Confidence in communicating with patients, colleagues, and the public
  • Strong ** organisational skills** and attention to detail
  • Basic IT proficiency (e.g., typing, email correspondence, data entry, using computer systems)
  • The ability to work as part of a close-knit, collaborative team
  • A calm demeanour, even in a fast-paced environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
