About the Role – Seals & O-Rings Division Our Seals & O-Rings Division in Market Harborough offers a comprehensive range of standard sealing products, providing expert consultative advice on sealing requirements alongside rapid, reliable supply turnaround. This role presents an exciting opportunity for growth within this expanding sector.

This position is perfect for someone with experience in administration or customer service who values job stability and professional development in a supportive team environment.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Customer Service & Sales Support)

Hours: 35 per week (Mon-Fri) Early Finish: Fridays at 13:30

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Services & Sales Teams
    • Provide efficient administrative assistance to enhance operational workflows.
    • Assist with order processing, customer enquiries, and documentary support.
    • Liaise between internal teams and customers to ensure seamless operations.

Personality & Skills

  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organisational & Motivational Skills:
    • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy.
    • Exceptional attention to detail for data entry and report oversight.
  • Communication:
    • Confident telephone manner and clear written/oral reporting.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
