Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Make outbound calls to suppliers, customers, and staff
- Process and place orders, as well as take orders over the phone
- Organise weekly wages and support payroll administration
- Send, receive, and manage emails professionally
- Reconcile invoices and financial documents using Xero
- Track job progress, update staff schedules, and maintain spreadsheets
- Support the team with general administrative duties
- Update and maintain company social media pages with basic content

Benefits
- Wage: £8,320 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age (National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices)
- The pay may be negotiated and may rise after a probation period has been successfully completed.
